  • Forecast revenue impacts from new AI features like Grammarly's proactive agents.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes in AI ethics, data privacy, and fintech.

This role demands 60% strategic leadership, 30% technical execution, and 10% team development.

  • Active CPA; Big 4 audit experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) highly valued.
  • Hands-on M&A and IPO readiness track record, including SOX implementation.
  • Mastery of complex GAAP areas: ASC 606, 805, 718, 842.
  • Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, expansion) and AI revenue models.
  • Proficient in NetSuite, Workiva, BlackLine, or similar tools.
  • Strong team leadership; prior manager of managers preferred.
  • BA/BS in Accounting/Finance; MBA/MAcc a plus.
  • Thrives in ambiguity with executive presence for board/audit committee interactions.

San Francisco residency or relocation willingness required for hybrid model.
