Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal leader on the Integration Agents team, you'll:

• Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for revolutionary AI agent categories
• Design intuitive experiences that democratize powerful LLM capabilities for everyday users
• Transform ambiguity into actionable clarity through problem definition and hypothesis-driven development
• Establish rigorous success metrics and champion zero-to-one product initiatives
• Architect data-informed learning systems with sophisticated evaluation frameworks
• Execute high-impact experiments that drive learning at scale
• Convert complex insights into crisp, executable product decisions
• Foster cross-disciplinary partnerships across engineering, design, data science, and marketing
• Maintain relentless shipping velocity in a global, distributed team environment
• Expand Superhuman's ecosystem integration to power richer, contextual workflows
• Champion user-centric iteration based on continuous research and feedback
• Present strategic roadmaps and progress to executive leadership
• Drive metric movement through focused experimentation and optimization

Qualifications

We're seeking a proven Senior Product Manager who brings:

• 5+ years PM experience, ideally with technical/AI products
• Demonstrated AI passion through professional ML product work or personal experimentation
• Exceptional product/design intuition with consumer hits at scale
• Proven ability to conquer ambiguity and deliver impact
• Mastery of metrics definition, experimentation, and business impact
• Independent operator who thrives without handholding
• Cross-functional influencer across engineering, design, and leadership
• Global team collaboration experience across time zones

Bonus: Experience with agentic AI, workflow automation, or developer platforms.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: €120K-€165K base + equity (USD $135K-$185K equivalent) depending on experience, plus performance bonuses.
