Key Responsibilities

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth, your impact will be immediate and measurable. Here's what you'll tackle daily:

  • Drive Cross-Product Activation: Define seamless user journeys for adopting multiple products. Spot friction points and design remarkably delightful experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Lead PLG-Led Expansion: Partner to build strategies converting individual users to multi-seat accounts, using targeted, segmented messaging.
  • Shape Product Narratives: Work with Inbound PMMs to create customer-first stories showing how our products interconnect for maximum value.
  • Enable Teams: Arm go-to-market and Product teams with positioning, narratives, and insights for expansion success.
  • User Insights Mastery: Collaborate with research and data teams to pinpoint adoption triggers, behaviors, and expansion moments.
  • Strategy Execution: Design and run experiments optimizing activation funnels and LTV growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Flex collaboration skills across departments to align on growth objectives.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Track key performance indicators for activation, adoption, and expansion.

Qualifications
