Senior Sales Recruiter - Join Grammarly's Superhuman Team in San Francisco

Role Overview

Grammarly, now proudly part of the Superhuman family, is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Recruiter to drive our business recruiting efforts from our San Francisco hybrid office. As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for our high-impact Sales roles. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with 2 days/week in-person collaboration, you'll design sourcing strategies, partner with stakeholders, optimize interview processes, and deliver outstanding candidate experiences. This senior-level role reports to our Head of Business Recruiting and plays a pivotal role in scaling our diverse, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sourcing Mastery: Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for complex, high-priority Sales positions using advanced techniques like Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and competitive intelligence.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build trusted advisor relationships with Sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, deeply understanding role requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit.
  • Process Architecture: Architect screening, assessment, and interview frameworks that maximize efficiency while minimizing funnel drop-off and ensuring quality hires.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze recruiting funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-backed improvements to enhance hiring velocity and quality.
  • Candidate Experience Excellence: Elevate every touchpoint of the candidate journey to reflect Superhuman's premium brand and values.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Strategically develop and maintain robust Sales talent pipelines to support rapid business growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Bay Area and national Sales talent trends to source passive candidates from top competitors.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Lead negotiations and seamless onboarding to ensure new hires hit the ground running.
  • DEI Leadership: Champion diversity initiatives within Sales recruiting to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, scalable recruiting processes.
  • Metrics Reporting: Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting to leadership on pipeline health and forecasting.

Qualifications

To succeed in this senior-level role, you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven Sales recruiting expertise in tech/SaaS
  • Demonstrated success closing senior Sales roles (AE, AM, etc.) in competitive markets
  • Expertise building scalable recruiting processes for high-growth environments
  • Advanced ATS/CRM proficiency and sourcing tool mastery
  • Strong analytical skills with funnel optimization experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Bay Area recruiting market knowledge preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
