Senior Technical Recruiter - Join Grammarly's Mission to Unlock Superhuman Potential

Role Overview

Grammarly, now proudly part of the Superhuman family, is seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to join our San Francisco team. This hybrid role requires candidates to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area with in-person collaboration 2 days per week. As a strategic talent partner, you'll own the full technical recruiting lifecycle for our most critical engineering hires.

Key Responsibilities

As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll take complete ownership of our technical hiring pipeline. Your impact will be measured by hire quality, time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and diversity metrics.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete recruiting funnel from initial sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding for senior engineering roles.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates at top tech companies.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as trusted advisor to VP Engineering, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Process Architecture: Build and continuously refine screening, assessment, and interview frameworks that scale efficiently.
  • Data Mastery: Analyze funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements that deliver measurable results.
  • Candidate Experience: Elevate every touchpoint to create memorable, values-aligned experiences that build our employer brand.
  • Diversity Focus: Develop targeted strategies to build inclusive pipelines and increase representation across teams.
  • Offer Strategy: Masterfully negotiate competitive offers while maintaining candidate relationships.

This role reports directly to our Head of Technical Recruiting and offers significant career growth opportunities within our scaling People team.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're looking for a recruiting rockstar with proven technical hiring success. You thrive in ambiguity, excel at relationship-building, and bring data to every decision.

  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior individual contributors and engineering managers
  • Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience a plus) and advanced sourcing tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing recruiting funnels
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Track record building diverse candidate pipelines
  • Strategic thinker comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
  • San Francisco Bay Area resident able to work hybrid (2 days/week in-office)

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $160,000 - $220,000 base salary (depending on experience) + annual bonus + equity
