Key Responsibilities

As a Senior User Researcher, Mobile, your responsibilities include:

• Partnering cross-functionally with data science, product management, marketing, design, and engineering to pinpoint critical research topics for mobile apps.
• Designing and executing comprehensive end-to-end primary research using diverse methods like user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies.
• Leading exploratory research to simplify products, enhance scalability, and improve extensibility on mobile platforms.
• Synthesizing research findings to guide vision and strategy discussions on user needs, product evolution, and business goals.
• Serving as a thought leader, advocating fiercely for users in all decisions.
• Aligning Superhuman's business objectives with user insights to shape cohesive product roadmaps.
• Collaborating with quantitative teams to define metrics like AI feature adoption, engagement rates, and workflow efficiency.
• Delivering rapid, high-quality insights in a fast-paced environment emphasizing speed and rigor.

Qualifications

To succeed in this Senior User Researcher role, you need:

• A Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in UX, applied research, and product development; Master’s with 2+ years; or PhD with 1+ year.
