As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll develop cutting-edge products and features using technologies like React, TypeScript, Golang, Postgres, Electron, and Google Cloud. Key Responsibilities

• Develop new products and features end-to-end, from concept to production deployment.
• Continuously improve existing offerings to boost performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Master web app development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
• Expand expertise to new platforms, including desktop apps via Electron and cloud-native services.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, including UX ideation and customer interviews.
• Design pixel-perfect, beautiful UIs that amaze and delight end-users.
• Collaborate directly with customers to deeply understand and solve their pain points.
• Estimate project scopes, plan iterative sprints, and deliver features on time.
• Champion and enforce high code quality standards across the organization.
• Evaluate, introduce, and integrate exciting new technologies into our stack.
• Architect scalable, maintainable systems that support enterprise-scale growth.
• Leverage AI tools to supercharge personal productivity and team output.
• Communicate asynchronously via Slack, Notion, and email to unblock teammates rapidly.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need a blend of technical expertise, product passion, and cultural fit:

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack web development, spanning databases to user interfaces.
• Deep expertise in browser JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and platform APIs.

Salary & Benefits

Grammarly offers competitive compensation for Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers, estimated at $160,000 - $240,000 USD annually based on experience, plus equity in our high-growth platform. This range reflects market data for remote roles in North America.
