As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work across the entire technology stack - from crafting pixel-perfect React interfaces to architecting scalable backend services and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Engineers at Grammarly/Superhuman ship code from day one and deliver user-facing impact within months. Here's what you'll do:

• Architect and build production backend services handling massive call volumes for consumer and enterprise customers
• Develop rich, accessible user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern web standards
• Design scalable microservices with GraphQL and REST APIs serving complex, real-time data needs
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to manage AWS cloud resources efficiently
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes for zero-downtime deployments
• Write comprehensive test suites (unit, integration, E2E) achieving 90%+ code coverage
• Optimize system performance targeting sub-100ms response times at enterprise scale
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data Science, and Trust & Safety teams
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
• Contribute to our engineering culture emphasizing documentation, testing, and stellar UX
• Evaluate current systems and propose future-proof architecture for 10x growth
• Share technical insights through blog posts and internal knowledge sharing
• Ship features rapidly while maintaining production stability for 40M+ daily users

Qualifications

We're looking for engineers who combine technical excellence with collaborative spirit:

• 3+ years of Full-Stack development experience shipping production software
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern web development
• Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and IaC practices
• Proven track record building scalable APIs and working with relational/NoSQL databases
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring
• Excellent problem-solving skills and infrastructure debugging expertise
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Passion for user experience and building delightful product interfaces
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML systems, GraphQL, or productivity software

Salary & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: $155,000 - $225,000 base salary (depending on experience) + equity + bonus
