Key Responsibilities

As a Sourcer at Grammarly, your impact will be immediate and far-reaching. You'll create comprehensive hiring strategies and robust pipelines for our most critical business roles, ensuring we attract the best talent in marketing, sales, product, and operations. Build deep understandings of our teams by forging strong relationships with hiring managers and team members, enabling tailored sourcing approaches. Regularly analyze sourcing pipelines and deliver insightful reports to stakeholders, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.

• Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with passive candidates through advanced techniques like Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networking.
• Develop Grammarly's employment brand via content, events, and campaigns to amplify inbound interest.
• Spearhead diversity and inclusion programs, targeting underrepresented talent pools.
• Evaluate sourced candidates through initial screens, skill assessments, and cultural fit interviews.
• Own outbound initiatives such as career fairs, tech talks, conferences, and university partnerships.
• Collaborate across the recruiting team on company-wide events and policies that reinforce our core values.
• Innovate top-of-funnel programs, including AI-driven sourcing tools and creative outreach.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and diversity ratios to optimize efforts.
• Partner with non-engineering leaders to align sourcing with business growth objectives.
• Contribute to scaling recruitment for Superhuman's expanding product suite.
• Leverage CRM and ATS systems to track candidate interactions and pipeline health.
• Stay ahead of Bay Area talent trends in AI, productivity, and SaaS industries.

Qualifications

We're seeking a Sourcer with 3+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally in tech or SaaS. Must be based in the SF Bay Area for hybrid collaboration. Key qualifications include proven pipeline-building for business functions, expertise in passive outreach tools, and a data-oriented approach to metrics. Strong communicators who excel at pitching and relationship-building thrive here.

• 3+ years high-volume sourcing experience in business recruiting.

Salary & Benefits

Salary for this Sourcer role ranges from $105,000 to $145,000 USD yearly, based on experience, plus equity.
