Key Responsibilities

As Sr. Product Manager, you'll own the strategy for cross-product services. Here's what you'll do daily:

  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for foundational services like accounts and user provisioning.
  • Own vision, design, and evolution of systems managing free/paid accounts, teams, and provisioning for reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to scale systems and enable new models.
  • Transform ambiguity into alignment, identifying needs and driving adoption of future-proof services.
  • Work with Design and Engineering to build flexible systems powering our portfolio.
  • Leverage platform depth for superior customer experiences across products.
  • Support integrations for future products and acquisitions.
  • Prioritize roadmap for maximum business impact.
  • Conduct research and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Monitor enterprise-grade performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Align stakeholders across functions for seamless execution.
  • Drive cross-company adoption of shared services.
  • Shape technical direction with engineering leads.

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits
