Role Overview

The Group AI Research Product Manager, Data Science role (Hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA) sits at the thrilling intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and product management. Reporting to the Senior Director of Data Science Strategy, you'll lead the AI Foundations portfolio, crafting strategic vision and executing roadmaps that align across the company. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the AI Foundations roadmap and strategy, working cross-organizationally to gather requirements and deliver intentional customer value. Be strategic and ruthless in prioritization, creating order from complexity while focusing on northstar metrics.

Collaboration with Experts

Coordinate closely with PhD-level scientists, leveraging deep domain knowledge in cybersecurity AI research. Gain a profound understanding of our research pipeline to enhance outcomes and step-change innovation.

Innovation and Trends Integration

Stay ahead of AI, Generative AI, and ML trends, incorporating applicable innovations into our pipeline and clearly communicating where they don't fit. Evaluate current strategies to productionize robust, resilient systems.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build consensus across large teams, timezones, and cultures. Act as an agent of change, showcasing CrowdStrike's leadership in Cybersecurity AI R&D to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, you need an MS or equivalent, plus 12+ years in product management with proven expertise in AI R&D, cybersecurity, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and ML Ops. Exceptional product sense, execution skills, and the ability to build consensus in large, diverse teams are essential. Experience working across timezones and cultures, combined with effective communication and planning, will set you apart.
