The Growth Development Representative (Hybrid) role in Reading, United Kingdom, is your entry point into an exciting cybersecurity career at CrowdStrike. Utilize AI agents to research accounts, tailor messaging, and execute high-quality outreach at scale across email, phone, social, and in-product channels. Identify customer needs and pain points, mapping them to CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform solutions. Develop inbound pipeline for Account Executives in assigned territories, industries, or product areas. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, Product, and Sales to optimize GTM motions. Meet and exceed metrics like qualified opportunities, meetings set, conversion rates, and engagement insights. Champion an AI-first culture by refining workflows with agentic recommendations.
Expect to conduct discovery calls, activate demand through personalized engagement, and contribute to strategic use cases that drive pipeline growth. Your work directly supports CrowdStrike’s mission to stop breaches by accelerating high-quality opportunities.
Success requires exceptional communication skills, articulate presentation abilities, and confidence in engaging business executives. You need experience with CRM and Sales Engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or Gong, plus comfort with AI tools, automation, and data-driven workflows.
