The Growth Development Representative - LATAM (Hybrid) role in Sunnyvale, California, is your entry point into an exciting cybersecurity career at CrowdStrike. This foundational position focuses on inbound marketing follow-up, lead qualification, and pipeline development within our next-generation Agentic GTM model. You'll work at the forefront of our top-of-funnel growth engine, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and the broader GTM team to identify, activate, qualify, and accelerate high-quality pipeline. Operating in a hybrid model—3 days in the Sunnyvale office and 2 days remote—you'll leverage AI agents and automated intelligence to drive strategic use cases, building expertise for rapid advancement into sales or marketing roles.
In this role, you'll engage prospects using innovative agentic-powered workflows, insights, and automated intelligence. Utilize AI agents to research accounts, tailor messaging, and execute high-quality outreach at scale across email, phone, social, and in-product channels. Identify customer pain points and map them to CrowdStrike's Falcon platform solutions. Develop inbound pipeline for Account Executives in assigned LATAM territories, industries, or product areas. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, Product, and Sales to refine GTM motions. Meet and exceed metrics like qualified opportunities, meetings set, and conversion rates. Champion an AI-first culture by refining workflows and receive training to translate complex cybersecurity into business value.
Success demands exceptional communication skills, articulate presentation abilities, and confidence in discovery calls with executives. You need experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or Gong, plus comfort with AI, automation, and data-driven workflows. A professional demeanor, quick grasp of technical concepts, and ability to translate them into business value are essential. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, digital savvy, metrics-driven passion, and a customer-first mindset. Required: Fluent Spanish (verbal and written), resilience, adaptability, and a track record of achievement. Preferred: Exposure to enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or inbound lead gen.
