The Growth Development Representative - LATAM (Hybrid) role at CrowdStrike is your entry point into an exciting cybersecurity career. Based in Sunnyvale, California, this position focuses on inbound marketing follow-up, lead qualification, and pipeline development within our next-generation Agentic GTM model. You'll work at the forefront of our top-of-funnel growth engine, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and the broader GTM team. Operating in a hybrid model—3 days in the Sunnyvale office and 2 days from home—you'll leverage AI agents to engage prospects, tailor messaging, and drive high-quality pipeline. In this role, you'll engage and qualify prospects using agentic-powered workflows, insights, and automated intelligence. Utilize AI agents to research accounts, craft personalized messaging, and execute high-quality outreach at scale across email, phone, social, and in-product channels. Identify customer needs and pain points, mapping them directly to CrowdStrike's Falcon platform solutions. Develop inbound pipeline for Account Executives in assigned territories, industries, or product areas. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Marketing Ops, Product, and Sales teams to optimize go-to-market motions. Meet and exceed key metrics like qualified opportunities, meetings set, conversion rates, and engagement insights. Champion an AI-first culture by refining workflows with agentic recommendations, and participate in comprehensive training to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business-focused conversations.
Success in this role demands exceptional communication skills, articulate presentation abilities, and confidence in conducting discovery calls with business executives. You need experience with CRM and Sales Engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, plus comfort working with AI tools, automation platforms, and data-driven workflows. A professional demeanor, ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and translate them into business value, and demonstrated interest in technology—especially cybersecurity—are crucial. Bring a track record of achievement, strong listening skills, customer-first mindset, resilience, adaptability, and a growth-oriented attitude. Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
