Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Partner closely with Product teams to create digital experiences engaging, retaining, and growing MongoDB Atlas users
• Define and execute marketing plans with Growth Marketing team, maintaining clear timelines and transforming ideas into measurable campaigns
• Continuously optimize programs through A/B tests and experiments across all channels
• Collaborate with product teams to implement lifecycle tactics at critical stages: onboarding, activation, re-engagement
• Brainstorm content creation and repackaging strategies relevant for developer audiences
• Perform strategic analyses of product, market, and customers to uncover growth drivers
• Leverage emerging channels to accelerate workload expansion on MongoDB Atlas
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs ensuring marketing hits revenue objectives
• Align messaging with Product Marketing for product launches integrated into customer programs

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking a problem solver who thrives in ambiguity with 5+ years B2D/B2B lifecycle or growth marketing experience. Desired: product-led growth and retention marketing expertise. You need deep understanding of marketing to developers, end-to-end campaign execution, and data-driven decision making.

• Expertise owning lifecycle campaigns across customer journey (onboarding to expansion)
• Strong writing skills for storyboarding compelling campaign themes
• Collaborative mindset loving cross-functional partnerships and feedback incorporation
• Owner mentality taking complete ownership from ideation to iteration
• Proven success turning ideas into measurable programs driving tangible results
• Flexibility to pivot quickly under pressure with excellent prioritization skills

Experience with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, or technical audience marketing is highly valued. Dublin-based candidates preferred for hybrid model.
