Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Lead special projects that accelerate MongoDB's product-led growth (PLG) initiatives for developer audiences
• Translate high-level growth concepts into structured programs, proposals, and decision-ready recommendations
• Own the complete operating cadence: weekly business reviews, quarterly planning sessions, retrospectives, OKR alignment, annual planning, and cross-functional syncs
• Build lightweight, scalable processes that boost team velocity and accountability while dismantling outdated workflows
• Track and report on critical PLG/growth metrics, ensuring insights reach the right owners across MongoDB
• Draft compelling, executive-ready content and narratives for senior leadership
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to share Growth Marketing learnings and integrate external insights into roadmaps
• Synthesize complex data, customer insights, and NoSQL database product signals into clear, actionable stories supporting strategic decisions
• Represent Growth Marketing in high-stakes cross-functional forums, demonstrating executive presence

Qualifications & Requirements

MongoDB seeks candidates with proven success in fast-paced, technical environments. Key qualifications include:

• 6-8+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, strategy, operations, or consulting; PLG, SaaS, or developer audience experience strongly preferred
• Strong bias for action with demonstrated ability to create clarity from ambiguity
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and seniority levels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high EQ, and storytelling fluency
• True owner mentality - complete ownership of tasks from inception to successful completion
• Ability to context-switch seamlessly between strategic vision and operational execution
• Experience with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, cloud-native platforms, or AI-driven software solutions is a plus
