Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Drive growth and efficiency for the Americas Commercial sales team through short-term pilots and long-term global initiatives.
  • Design, launch, and lead transformation programs delivering improvements to regional strategy and operating models.
  • Own critical operations like quarterly business reviews, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills to model any operational question with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven track record developing actionable recommendations and process improvements from data analysis.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, with experience presenting to C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort navigating big-picture strategy and granular details equally well.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase) and Salesforce CRM, or rapid learning ability.
