Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Build strong relationships with local, regional, and global cross-functional stakeholders to enhance GTM strategy and operations for Korea while sharing learnings across markets.
• Localize and execute global GTM policies, ensuring they are adapted effectively to the Korean market environment, including cloud ecosystem dynamics.
• Advise local leadership on strategic needs, operational improvements, and the implementation of global programs within Korea.
• Produce analyses, reports, and recommendations on rep and team performance to guide strategic decisions and identify performance improvement opportunities using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
• Partner with sales teams to strengthen adoption of GTM processes and improve overall productivity in cloud monitoring sales.
• Own key operational workflows including opportunity and territory management, lead and account assignments, reporting and dashboards, rules of engagement, and related core processes.
• Drive data-driven insights to investigate day-to-day sales issues and strategize innovative remediations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global departments to maximize efficiency and accelerate Datadog's business growth in Korea's SaaS landscape.
• Enhance GTM productivity through continuous process improvements and market-specific adaptations.
• Monitor macro trends in Korea's cloud ecosystem to inform strategic decisions for Datadog's observability platform.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as GTM Strategy and Operations Senior Associate at Datadog, bring these qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in GTM Strategy and Operations, consulting, banking, private equity, or a similar analytical field, ideally within SaaS.
• Experience working in a regional or global capacity within a matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of the Korean market, including macro trends and cloud ecosystem dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that improve efficiency and business performance using SQL, Clari, and BI tools.
• High comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shifting priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce, Clari, and BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase. SQL proficiency is a strong advantage.
