Role Overview

Datadog, the leading cloud monitoring and security platform, is seeking a GTM Strategy and Operations Senior Associate to drive our expansion in South Korea. This is the first role of its kind in Korea, positioning you at the center of our GTM operations as we scale our observability and DevOps solutions across the APAC region. You'll partner with local sales leadership and global teams to localize global GTM processes, deliver data-driven insights, and accelerate revenue growth in one of Asia's most dynamic cloud markets.

Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Partner with global GTM stakeholders to enhance strategy and operations specifically for the Korean market
• Localize and execute global GTM policies, ensuring seamless adaptation to local market dynamics
• Provide strategic advisory to Korean leadership on global program adoption and operational improvements
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales team and individual performance to uncover data-driven insights
• Drive adoption of GTM processes to maximize sales productivity across Korean operations
• Manage core sales operations including territory assignments, prospect account distribution, and performance dashboards
• Develop and maintain sales operations standards, reporting frameworks, and territory management processes
• Leverage Datadog's observability platform insights to optimize sales strategies and cloud customer success
• Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate revenue growth through optimized GTM execution

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• 4+ years experience in GTM strategy/operations, consulting, investment banking, or private equity with analytical focus (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success collaborating in matrix organizations across regional or global teams
• Deep knowledge of the Korean cloud ecosystem, market trends, and macroeconomic business dynamics
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive measurable efficiency gains
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, Metabase, and other BI tools (SQL proficiency highly valued)
