Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Define and execute Security GTM strategy in close collaboration with Product and Product Marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
• Own performance measurement including forecasting models, KPIs, and Monthly Business Reviews for the Security business unit.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform strategic positioning in cloud security and observability markets.
• Identify priority segments and target accounts, partnering with Sales to ensure optimal field coverage for Security products.
• Prioritize transformation programs using quantitative analytics from Datadog dashboards and qualitative customer insights.
• Build feedback loops by analyzing data and shadowing Sales/Customer Success calls to align product roadmap with market needs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Marketing on Security growth priorities.
• Enable scalable operations for Datadog's Security portfolio, supporting digital transformation and cloud migration customers worldwide.
• Present insights to executives using BI tools like Tableau to influence strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Datadog seeks interdisciplinary thinkers with 4-6+ years in sales strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent. Ideal candidates demonstrate:

• Analytical excellence: Model complex operational questions with precision using SQL, Excel, and BI visualization tools.
• Ownership mindset: Proactively identify issues and deliver process improvements that impact revenue.
• Communication mastery: Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $124,000 - $165,000 USD base (New York, New York), plus competitive equity package including RSUs and ESPP. Total compensation considers experience, skills, and performance.
