Role Description

Guardian Life seeks a motivated AC&L CARE Phone Specialist to provide industry-leading customer service to field partners via inbound/outbound calls and emails. You'll handle producer contracting, licensing, appointments, and FINRA registrations enterprise-wide. As the face of Guardian, deliver proactive, genuine care, keeping consumers informed and creating meaningful experiences. This role demands multitasking, relationship-building, and a passion for excellence in a fast-paced insurance operations environment. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Handle AC&L's #800 line, supporting field partners with contracting and licensing questions.
  • Respond to all voicemails and emails within 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure world-class service.
  • Represent Guardian professionally with a positive attitude.
  • Support producer contracting, licensing, appointments, and FINRA registrations.
  • Partner with Guardian General Agencies to educate/train staff and maintain producer credentials.
  • Communicate approvals/requirements to requestors.
  • Update internal systems accurately and timely.
  • Adhere to state and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Research state credentials and requirements as needed.
  • Reconcile producer appointment data with states.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Guardian’s products and services.
  • Contribute to team goals and process improvements.
