Role Description

The AI Transformation Lead – Group Benefits will spearhead AI-centered solutions to revolutionize our largest processes, driving business growth and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Head of AI Transformation, this individual contributor (IC) role demands startup-like agility in a established insurance giant. You'll set strategy, define product roadmaps, and orchestrate execution across data science, technology, sales, finance, legal, and more. Success hinges on consultative skills, deep analytical thinking, product strategy expertise, and the ability to influence large cross-functional teams. Detailed Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI-enabled products, from ideation and concept validation to launch and iteration.
• Develop and execute complex product roadmaps with aggressive delivery timelines, emphasizing execution excellence.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams, forging alliances while driving accountability and results.
• Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships across executive leadership, challenging conventional thinking to innovate.
• Create compelling, data-backed business cases to secure buy-in and resources for AI initiatives.
• Analyze complex problems using data-driven approaches, leveraging statistics for optimal solutions in claims processing, customer bots, and automation.
• Champion change management, ensuring seamless adoption of AI transformations organization-wide.
• Collaborate with data science teams on model development and technology teams on seamless integrations.
• Monitor AI product performance, iterating based on metrics to achieve efficiency gains and revenue growth.

Education & Experience

• Track record of leading AI-driven strategic projects from opportunity to deployment.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging senior executives and diverse teams.
• Superb attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Compensation Overview

Salary Range: $116,350 - $191,155 (USD, yearly)

This good faith estimate reflects base pay for the New York primary location. Final salary depends on education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Eligible for annual incentives, sales bonuses, or other compensation. Hybrid role: 3+ days onsite at New York City Hudson Yards.
