Role Description

The Annuity Internal Wholesaler plays a pivotal role in partnering proactively with external wholesalers to develop and expand sales in alignment with our strategic business plans. This position is deeply involved in all facets of annuity sales distribution, including generating compelling illustrations, mastering product knowledge, crafting effective sales strategies, leveraging marketing initiatives, and managing commissions. Key partners span Guardian's Product, Distribution, Financial Professionals, Marketing, and Sales teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.

As a goal-oriented teammate, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, driving annuity sales success in a competitive marketplace. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with External Wholesalers to build and manage enduring relationships within assigned territories.
  • Proactively follow up on annuity illustrations and large cases to ensure timely progression and closure.
  • Initiate daily sales calls to strengthen producer relationships and deliver targeted marketing and sales support.
  • Provide advanced case design support, tailoring solutions to meet complex client needs.
  • Partner with External Annuity Wholesalers to identify and pursue new sales opportunities across diverse product lines.
  • Continuously monitor competitive practices in the annuity space and report actionable insights to management.
  • Generate comprehensive reports, presentations, and ad hoc special projects to support strategic initiatives.
  • Track and improve the number of productive producers within the annuities channel.
  • Facilitate collaborative relationships across Guardian's internal teams to drive overall sales performance.

Compensation Overview

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000

The salary range above represents a good faith estimate of base pay for this remote position. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentives, sales bonuses, or other performance-based compensation, offering substantial earning potential for top performers.

Role Description
