The Annuity Internal Wholesaler plays a pivotal role in partnering proactively with external wholesalers to develop and expand sales in alignment with our strategic business plans. This position is deeply involved in all facets of annuity sales distribution, including generating compelling illustrations, mastering product knowledge, crafting effective sales strategies, leveraging marketing initiatives, and managing commissions. Key partners span Guardian's Product, Distribution, Financial Professionals, Marketing, and Sales teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.
As a goal-oriented teammate, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, driving annuity sales success in a competitive marketplace. Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
The salary range above represents a good faith estimate of base pay for this remote position. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentives, sales bonuses, or other performance-based compensation, offering substantial earning potential for top performers.
