Role Description

The Annuity Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of annuity new business administration. This hybrid position, based in Bethlehem, United States, requires partnering closely with internal teams, distributors, and field representatives to deliver exceptional service and a seamless consumer experience. Detailed Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary point of contact for annuity inquiries, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in annuities, with deep knowledge of product types, features, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Managing high-volume incoming and outgoing calls from field partners, resolving inquiries efficiently with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Achieving or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, schedule adherence, quality assurance scores, and consumer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with field partners through proactive guidance, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.
  • Collaborating with Product Management, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to support compliant product launches and resolve complex issues.
  • Flexing into various operational roles during team absences, peak volumes, or special projects to maintain service levels.
  • Delivering high-quality work that consistently meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Identifying process improvements, enhancing consumer experiences, and contributing to the evolution of the CARE model for annuity new business.
  • Handling escalations and difficult conversations with confidence, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • Training and presenting to groups via virtual platforms like Zoom or Teams to educate on annuity products and processes.

  • FINRA Series 6 license preferred; deep knowledge of fixed, variable, and indexed annuity products required.
  • Proven track record in customer service, relationship management, or annuity operations.

Compensation Overview

Salary Range: $59,110.00 - $88,660.00 annually. This good faith estimate reflects base pay for the primary Bethlehem, United States location. Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation, enhancing total rewards for top performers in annuity careers.
