Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and certified Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt professional to join our leadership team as Assistant General Manager - Business Excellence in Gurgaon, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, IT service management, and Agile methodologies. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive business excellence, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction in our Technology teams. This role is pivotal in optimizing software development, DevOps, cloud operations, and IT service management processes.

Detailed Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Transformation:

• Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects within Technology teams to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance quality.
• Identify waste and inefficiencies in software development, DevOps, cloud operations, and IT service management.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize software delivery, Agile execution, and incident management processes.
• Drive initiatives to improve code quality, deployment efficiency, and automation adoption.

Agile & DevOps Excellence:

• Work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to streamline Agile execution.
• Optimize Kanban and Scrum practices to enhance delivery speed and predictability.
• Enhance CI/CD pipeline efficiency and support automation-driven improvements.

Quality & Metrics:

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to software quality, Agile maturity, and DevOps performance.
• Drive initiatives to improve test automation, defect reduction, and system stability.
• Support teams in enhancing incident resolution time and overall operational reliability.
• Conduct regular process audits and maturity assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to align business excellence initiatives with organizational goals.

Required Skills
