Role Description

The Associate Manager - Disability Insurance Marketing plays a pivotal role in developing, executing, and implementing marketing collateral, campaigns, and sales enablement for Guardian’s individual and Multi-Life Disability Insurance products. Reporting to the Head of Disability and Multi-Life Marketing, you'll support key initiatives while bringing your innovative ideas to life. Collaborate with our internal creative agency, communications, product, and sales distribution teams in a fast-paced environment where creativity and organization deliver exceptional experiences for consumers and sales professionals. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, revise, and develop marketing materials for multi-life and individual disability insurance lines of business.
  • Create compelling product content stories tailored for consumers and sales professionals.
  • Develop digital assets including email campaigns, social media content, and other multi-channel materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, communications, product development, and distribution partners to deliver high-impact content.
  • Ensure all content undergoes rigorous compliance review and approval processes.
  • Multi-task across projects, listening actively and executing on strategic plans.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member while demonstrating the ability to operate independently.
  • Support and activate team campaigns, staying ahead of marketing trends, product developments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, leveraging attention to detail for flawless execution across print, digital, and presentation formats.

Compensation Overview

Salary Range: $70,930.00 - $106,390.00 (USD, yearly). This good faith estimate reflects base pay for the New York location. Final salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. Eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
