Role Description

The Broker Dealer Operations Specialist is central to world-class servicing for alternative investment products at Park Avenue Securities. Support end-to-end operations from client onboarding to transactions, reconciliations, and servicing requests. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for operational inquiries, ensuring seamless fund launches, daily processing, and platform health using iCapital, NetX360, Pershing, Envestnet, and Orion.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and primary contact for Alternative Investments operational inquiries and daily processing.
• Develop deep knowledge of iCapital platform interfaces and NetX360 order entry for fund launches, recurring activities, and book health.
• Execute operations on recurring platforms; manage workflows and queues to meet service levels with a client-first mindset.
• Assist in systems testing and create training materials for field and home office teams.
• Provide quality client and partner assistance; triage, prioritize, and resolve requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve high-priority issues swiftly.
• Enhance product documentation and internal resources for platform users.
• Establish efficient workflows between Park Avenue Securities and fund administrators.
• Handle subscription, redemption, conversion, and transfer processing with precision.
• Monitor and reconcile alternative investment transactions in brokerage and advisory accounts.

Education & Experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years brokerage operations experience OR 5+ years related work experience (preferred)
• Experience with Alternative Investments: Private Equity, Private Credit, Exchange Funds, Hedge Funds
• Strong knowledge of subscription, redemption, conversion, and transfer processing
• Understanding of Alternative Investments in brokerage/advisory retail accounts
• Experience with iCapital, Pershing custodial systems
• Managed account experience with Envestnet and/or Orion
• Detail-oriented with minimal supervision; exceptional problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• FINRA Securities license (Series 7 or Series 6)
• Bachelor’s degree

Compensation Overview

Salary Range: $59,110.00 - $88,660.00 (USD, yearly). This good faith estimate reflects base pay for Bethlehem, PA. Actual salary based on education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. Eligible for annual, sales, or other incentives.
