Role Description

As the Dental Network Recruiter Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the performance and efficiency of our Provider Network Recruitment team. By delivering data-driven insights, ensuring high-quality lead management, and maintaining the integrity of recruitment-related data systems, you'll accelerate the recruitment process. This position equips recruiters with accurate, actionable information to make timely, informed decisions, ultimately expanding our dental network and improving access to quality care for Guardian members.

This role is primarily remote, preferably in PST or CST time zones, with occasional quarterly travel to the nearest Guardian Life hub or office. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Analyze and scrub lead data from multiple sources (e.g., field staff reports, termination reports, Netminder, P&R systems) to ensure accuracy and completeness before routing to recruiters.
  • Extract, synthesize, and research provider data from various sources, presenting clean, actionable information to recruitment staff.
  • Format and load lead data into the Source of Record (SOR), configuring appropriate task sets for recruiter workflows.
  • Call providers to obtain missing documentation, ensuring complete contracts ready for processing.
  • Communicate professionally with providers regarding contract status and requirements.
  • Confirm newly contracted providers have signed the state-appropriate agreement.
  • Collaborate with Provider Network Recruitment to follow up on missing contract elements.
  • Track the full lifecycle of contracts, from application to completion, following up on delays with processing teams.
  • Deliver accurate, complete contract packets to Provider Relations Administration for final processing.
  • Input contract data into provider databases with meticulous accuracy.
  • Submit complete contracts to Provider Relations Administration.
  • Support field preparation for recruitment teams at conferences and events, including mailings, shipping logistics, contract support, and real-time data verification.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as required to drive recruitment success.

Compensation Overview

Salary Range: $70,930.00 - $106,390.00 (USD, yearly). This good faith estimate reflects base pay for the Newport Beach - Regional Office location. Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. This role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

Role Description
