Role Description

The Enrollment Business Program Leader is a pivotal role responsible for advancing the strategic and operational capabilities of Guardian’s Enrollment function. This position focuses on building scalable processes, fostering internal and external partnerships, and creating innovative tools and resources that enhance enrollment delivery and engagement. You will lead initiatives that promote enrollment capabilities to internal and external audiences, streamline workflows, develop optimization tools, and position Enrollment as a key contributor to business growth. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain existing Enrollment resources to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
  • Ensure procedural compliance for the Enrollment team, upholding industry standards and regulations.
  • Represent the enrollment team on product enhancement and development projects, providing expert insights.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing between external partners, vendors, and the Guardian Enrollment team.
  • Increase distribution engagement volume through internal partnerships and targeted external promotional content.
  • Support increased productivity for enrollment team members by eliminating redundant administrative efforts.
  • Reduce delivery timelines and resource requirements through innovative project management techniques.
  • Develop training content, marketing collateral, and resources for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process optimization using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to enhance enrollment workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enrollment strategies with broader business objectives.

Compensation Overview

The base salary range for this Enrollment Business Program Leader position in Bethlehem, PA, is $99,150 - $162,885 annually. Actual pay is determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This role may also be eligible for annual incentives, sales bonuses, or other performance-based compensation.
