Role Description

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in enabling seamless operations for Marketing senior leaders. You'll manage complex calendars, handle high-level coordination, and ensure executives can focus on strategic priorities. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendar management, strategic prioritization, and coordination of high-level meetings for multiple Marketing executives.
  • Organize logistics for executive meetings, town halls, and team events—handling virtual setups, catering, menus, and volunteer activities; prepare detailed minutes and actionable follow-ups.
  • Prepare, review, and refine PowerPoint presentations for team meetings, town halls, and strategic reviews.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for executives and teams, ensuring compliance with policies, budgets, and optimal itineraries.
  • Monitor budget expenditures, assist in planning and allocation, manage purchase orders, liaise with vendors, and prepare basic financial reports.
  • Implement and maintain efficient record-keeping systems, ensuring all documents are updated and accessible.
  • Act as a primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders for timely, accurate communication.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives and special projects, driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs, identify efficiency opportunities, and enhance overall productivity.

Compensation Overview
