Role Description

We are actively seeking a proactive, creative Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing and implementing Guardian's cutting-edge web self-service platforms and APIs using .Net Core, C#, React, Next.js, and responsive CSS. Detailed Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-volume, high-usage self-service web portals and APIs utilizing .Net Core, C#, React, Next.js, and responsive CSS (Flexbox, Grid, media queries).
• Collaborate with Technical Teams, Managers, Project Managers, and subject matter experts to understand business requirements, plan, and implement solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with security, privacy, legal, infrastructure, and corporate policies.
• Lead code reviews, administer paired programming, and mentor junior developers.
• Provide strategic insights into customer business requirements across functional areas and technical platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed applications independently or as part of a team.
• Hit the ground running with a positive attitude in a fast-paced, agile environment using Kanban, Scrum, or Scaled Agile.
• Optimize performance with tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, caching, and profiling while resolving code smells and security vulnerabilities.

Education & Experience

• 5+ years developing APIs using C#, .NET Core, and building modern web apps with React and Next.js.
• Strong .NET & C# expertise in backend services, async programming, and memory management.
• Strong proficiency in front-end with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and responsive CSS.
• 5+ years with Web API (.NET Core), REST, WCF, or SOAP services.
• 4+ years developing/maintaining React/Next.js front-end applications.
• 4+ years in database principles (SQL) and experience with JSON/XML.
• Professional experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, ECS, Docker, Kubernetes, BitBucket/GitHub.
• Extensive SDLC experience in agile environments with frequent deliveries.

Compensation Overview

Salary Range: $95,170 - $156,355 annually. This good faith estimate reflects base pay for the primary Holmdel location. Final salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. Eligible for annual, sales, or other incentives.
