Role Description

The Head of Disability and Multi-Life Pricing and Risk reports to the Head of Individual Disability, Multi-Life, and President of Berkshire. This strategic leadership position oversees pricing innovation, risk evaluation, and hedging analytics for disability and multi-life insurance programs. Operate in a matrixed organization, influencing underwriting, product development, and distribution teams.
