Role Description

As Head of Incentive Compensation Technology, Group Benefits, you will define and drive the product roadmap aligned with product vision and OKRs. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business & Technology stakeholders to refine priorities. Integrate usability studies, data/AI standards into requirements for customer-driven, compliant designs. Define end-to-end product journeys, identify data needs, align with value streams, and ensure top-tier customer experiences per the Customer Advocacy Center of Excellence standards.

Detailed Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Develop and articulate forward-looking compensation systems strategy aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
  • Lead multi-year roadmaps, identifying innovation, modernization, and emerging technology opportunities.
  • Advocate for strategic thinking and proactive change in compensation functions.

Systems Team & Product Leadership

  • Oversee compensation systems delivery teams (product owners, analysts, developers), fostering high-performance and talent development.
  • Manage full product lifecycle: ideation, design, deployment, support, improvement.
  • Ensure robust product management: requirements, prioritization, stakeholder engagement.

Business Process Improvement

  • Drive improvements using data analytics, automation, AI for optimized compensation processes.
  • Establish data-driven culture focused on outcomes and efficiencies.
  • Remove bottlenecks, standardize workflows, implement best practices.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Build relationships with HR, Finance, IT, business leaders for aligned systems.
