In this critical role, you'll manage post-sale operations for multi-life clients, handle end-to-end customer inquiries, and proactively maintain account integrity. You'll serve as a technical expert on Guardian's system platforms, educating clients on processes, policies, and self-service tools. This position demands strong analytical thinking, organizational prowess, and the ability to solve complex scenarios independently. To succeed as a Multi-Life Billing and Service Specialist at Guardian Life, you need:
Salary Range: $42,830.00 - $64,250.00 annually. This range reflects a good faith estimate of base pay for the Pittsfield location. Final salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation, enhancing your total rewards package.
