Role Description

In this critical role, you'll manage post-sale operations for multi-life clients, handle end-to-end customer inquiries, and proactively maintain account integrity. You'll serve as a technical expert on Guardian's system platforms, educating clients on processes, policies, and self-service tools. This position demands strong analytical thinking, organizational prowess, and the ability to solve complex scenarios independently. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Process timely and accurate invoices for multi-life accounts to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Manage comprehensive post-sale operations tailored to diverse client needs in the insurance sector.
  • Handle end-to-end communication, resolution, and follow-up for customer inquiries related to billing and service.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned multi-life customers.
  • Proactively monitor customer plan activity to uphold account integrity, ensure timely communications, and maintain accurate data.
  • Provide upfront and ongoing education to customers on Guardian processes, policies, procedures, self-service functionality, and platform navigation.
  • Develop and deliver technical expertise on Guardian system platforms for efficient operations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex billing and service scenarios.
  • Assist in issuing policies when necessary to support team objectives.

Compensation Overview

Salary Range: $42,830.00 - $64,250.00 annually. This range reflects a good faith estimate of base pay for the Pittsfield location. Final salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation, enhancing your total rewards package.

Role Description
