Role Description

As the Paid Media Manager, B2B Demand Gen at Guardian Life, you will spearhead sophisticated B2B paid media campaigns designed to drive demand generation and achieve key business objectives. This pivotal role involves leading end-to-end Account-Based Marketing (ABM) digital campaigns, managing advertising operations, and delivering insightful reporting. You will oversee multi-channel media strategies across platforms like Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ad Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Hands-on expertise is essential for strategy development, campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and measurement. As a recognized paid media thought leader, you will present data-driven insights to stakeholders and marketing executives during monthly reviews, ensuring campaigns maximize ROI and align with Guardian's growth goals in the competitive insurance sector.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, execution, and implementation of ABM paid media campaigns using social platforms (Facebook & LinkedIn), programmatic tools (Addaptive B2B, Demandbase), and analytics (Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Handle hands-on setup of complex, multi-audience campaigns, including creative uploads, company targeting, tracking, tagging, A/B testing, and optimizations; oversee data aggregation in dashboards.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on asset development, specs, and delivery; partner with Integrated Marketing for full-funnel strategies; work with Insights teams for data accuracy and monthly reporting; mentor Guardian India digital colleagues.
  • Measure success via KPIs, present insights and recommendations in monthly stakeholder meetings, link campaigns to business goals, and develop compelling analytics reports with optimization strategies.
  • Optimize media investments using data and best practices to maximize ROI across channels.
  • Develop annual ABM strategies aligned with budgets, business needs, and KPIs; present to senior marketing leaders.
  • Conduct market research on trends, audiences, competitors; serve as paid media expert sharing industry best practices.
