Role Description

Guardian Life is seeking a results-oriented Senior Sales Representative, Premier Market to build and maintain relationships with Premier Market brokers and plan holders. Focus on groups of 2-1,999 lives, primarily 100-1,999 market, driving sales growth and retention. Reporting to the Market Leader, success is measured by high production levels through broker development and internal collaboration in this work-from-home role based in Phoenix, AZ.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Market, position, and sell Guardian’s entire Group Benefits portfolio—including Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Absence, and Supplemental Health products—along with cutting-edge technology solutions to designated brokers.
  • Support broker and client relationships to foster development, sales growth, and long-term retention.
  • Analyze territory dynamics to build, develop, and maintain broker relationships, expanding the book of business while embodying Guardian’s well-being mission.
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales production targets through deep product knowledge and tactical sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor market trends, anticipate consumer demands, and innovate solutions.
  • Act as a market leader, sharing thought leadership, strengthening community ties, and elevating Guardian’s brand.
  • Identify and champion process improvements and initiatives to boost product sales.
  • Obtain required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain it via Continuing Education.
