Role Description

As a Senior Product Manager, Annuity Service Product Manager (PDM), you will define and drive the product roadmap in alignment with the product vision and Operational Key Results (OKRs). Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather input, refine priorities, and integrate usability studies, customer research, and data/AI standards into product requirements. Ensure customer-driven, high-impact, and compliant designs while defining end-to-end product journeys that align with value stream goals and Customer Advocacy Center of Excellence standards.

Lead the critical transformation of our policy admin system migration, ALIP, leveraging your deep annuity expertise to optimize features and processes for our General Agency and 3rd party distribution field force. This highly visible role demands a strategic, results-focused, innovative, and curious leader to partner with the ALIP Platform leader and service value stream leader, addressing the most critical business needs in annuity product management.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the roadmap for the ALIP Annuity transformation in alignment with product vision and OKRs.
  • Drive execution against the roadmap from design to implementation with high urgency.
  • Influence changes and drive business outcomes from conception to delivery.
  • Act as a seasoned change leader through uncertainty, engaging teams and stakeholders amid ambiguity.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement of business processes impacting product success.
  • Partner with business leaders and change management teams to define product value, messaging, and customer outreach.
  • Define data input/output requirements for end-to-end product journeys, aligning with value stream goals.
  • Collaborate with Value Stream Leaders (VSLs) to enhance processes using AI and automation.
  • Work with Data/AI SMEs to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Ensure organizational readiness and change management align with delivery timelines.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and track product-level OKRs aligned with Value Stream OKRs.
  • Mentor Product Delivery Managers (PDMs) and Product Owners for team growth.

Role Description
