Description

We're looking for a coffee lover with a passion for exceptional customer service who can work fulltime morning shifts. You will be working in a fast paced environment where your barista skills can shine. You will be preparing and serving hot and cold beverages whilst maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

In addition to working the coffee station, you will be supporting on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, clearing tables, and learning other roles across the team. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business.

Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
• You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through

• Outstanding communication and guest service skills
• 1+ year barista experience
• Previous qualification as a barista highly regarded.
