We are now hiring crew members and cooks for GYG Bayswater North (VIC), a brand new restaurant in the GYG family due to open later this year! So everything is ready to go for opening day, we're hiring candidates now who are ready to train in our existing restaurants.

As a cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.

Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

• Kitchen experience is great but not essential
• Is open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon

Please note: Successful candidates will start their training at one of our existing locations (GYG Box Hill, Croydon or Eastland) before GYG Bayswater officially opens later in 2025.
