Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.
We are open 7 days a week and we need an experienced Cook with flexible availability, calm under pressure, willing to learn, and a passion for food!!
Job Description
- Availability required for morning and night shifts
- Weekdays and Weekends
- Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment will be highly regarded
- This role will require you to love preparing food with excellence in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Regular check-ins with the Line Team to ensure they have adequate fresh product to serve our customers - never being short of product
- Maintain and orderly BOH including all Storage and Preparation Areas
- Maintain the Washup and cooking utensil space as you go
- Some equipment maintenance and cleaning required
- Work to the GyG recipe guide and pride in the food we make for our guests to enjoy!
