What you’ll bring

• Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow sales and manage P&L.
• A history of achieving KPIs and driving results through people.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills you lead from the front.
