We are looking for hospitality leaders across Victoria, who will lead from the front and oversee daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit. 

Hospitality Leader roles include: 

• Restaurant Manager - Full time, permanent position
• Assistant Manager - Full time, permanent position

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:  

• A passion for delivering exceptional Guest Service – every time!
• Understanding of food safety and the importance it plays in a restaurant  
• A current RSA certificate and/or Barista training (desirable, not essential)
• High-energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting  
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
