We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:  

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality, cookery or similar - e.g. diploma level or equivalent experience (3+ years)
• Recent employment in hospitality management or a similar position - minimum 12 months full time (or part time equivalent)
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Previous success in meeting KPIs
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
