We have an exciting new opportunity for people to join our overnight crew and develop their hospitality skills as our Box Hill store transitions to operating 24 hours a day.

Our crew members are the life blood of every Guzman y Gomez restaurant. You’ll be on the front line – greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, preparing orders, re-stocking the fridges, completing basic food prep, keeping the restaurant tidy, and there are opportunities to learn other rolls across the team.

For those more interested in working in the kitchen, you’ll be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.

There are several opportunities available, with full-time, part-time and casual positions on offer.

About you

• You’ll ideally have experience in hospitality, customer-facing roles and/or other fast-paced environments.
• You’re eager, ready to learn, and willing to put in the effort to do your best work.
• You’ll bring a ‘can do’ attitude to every shift and will support your fellow crew members.
• You have the legal right to work in Australia.
