As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be trusted to:

• Lead a brand-new team of 100 people, shaping culture, standards and performance before doors even open.
• Own the full restaurant opening, including recruitment, training, operational readiness, launch execution and community engagement.
• Run a multi-million dollar business unit, driving sales, managing costs, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Lead from the front, creating a safe, high-performing environment where people love to work and guests love to return.
• Be part of a fast-growing global brand that’s redefining fast food with real ingredients, authentic flavours and a bold vision.
• Take the next step in your career — this role is a launchpad into Area Management, senior leadership or even franchise ownership.
