As a Shift Leader at GYG, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, leading from the front, and creating a positive environment for both team members and customers.

🌮 What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Provide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve any customer concerns or complaints
• Train and mentor new team members, supporting their development and integration into the team
• Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency throughout your shift
• Assist in implementing new procedures and promotions as directed by management
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall restaurant performance
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers
• Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality/QSR

• Strong communication and time management skills

• A positive attitude and a passion for team success

Mandatory Certifications:

• ✅ First Aid Certificate

• ✅ CPR Certificate

• ✅ Food Safety Supervisor Certification

• ✅ Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
