As a Shift Leader opening a new GYG, you’ll be trusted to:

• Support in building and shaping a brand-new team, helping set the tone, culture and standards from day one.
• Lead shifts during the restaurant launch, supporting training, onboarding and operational readiness as the team comes together.
• Drive great guest experiences on every shift, keeping energy high, standards strong and operations running smoothly.
• Be part of a fast-growing global brand that’s redefining fast food with fresh ingredients, authentic flavours and a bold vision.
• Take the next step in your career - this role is a launchpad into Assistant Restaurant Management, Restaurant Management and beyond.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have: 

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment 
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service 
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate 
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
