Handshake is seeking experienced Government Program Eligibility Interviewers to join our team for an exciting hourly, temporary AI research project. No prior AI experience is required! As an Eligibility Interviewer, you will leverage your expertise to evaluate AI model outputs, assess content related to your field, and provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. This is a year-round opportunity with projects opening periodically across various areas of expertise. This role provides a flexible and asynchronous work environment that can be done alongside your primary employment.

Day in the Life

As an Eligibility Interviewer, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

   F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects on Handshake AI. Work with your Designated School Official to determine your eligibility. If your school requires a CPT course, Handshake AI may not meet your school’s requirements. STEM OPT is not supported.

7. Will I be an employee of Handshake?

   No, this is a temporary, project-based opportunity. You will be working as an independent contractor.

8. What kind of feedback will I be providing to the AI models?

   You will be providing clear, structured feedback that strengthens the model’s understanding of your workplace tasks and language.
