In this role, you will leverage your industry expertise to evaluate AI model outputs, assess content relevance, and provide structured feedback to enhance the AI model's understanding of cargo and freight operations. This is a year-round opportunity with projects opening periodically across various areas of expertise.

A Day in the Life

As a Cargo and Freight Agent AI Trainer, your day might involve:

• Evaluating the accuracy of AI responses to questions about shipping regulations.
