Role Overview

As a Learning Design Lead at Handshake AI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Fellows by creating and delivering high-quality training materials. You will work closely with Operations teams to rapidly develop, ship, and iterate on training solutions that enable our Fellows to deliver exceptional AI training data across diverse and evolving projects. Day in the Life

Your day will be dynamic and varied. You might start by collaborating with an Operations team to understand the requirements of a new AI training project. Next, you'll analyze learner data to identify areas where training can be improved. You'll then develop and deploy new training modules, playbooks, and assessments, often within a 24-48 hour timeframe. You'll also spend time training Operators on instructional design principles and feedback techniques.
