Handshake
As a Learning Design Lead at Handshake AI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Fellows by creating and delivering high-quality training materials. You'll be the expert connecting our Operations teams to Fellow success. You will work closely with Operations teams to rapidly develop, ship, and iterate on training solutions that enable our Fellows to deliver exceptional AI training data across diverse and evolving projects. This role demands a proactive individual who can quickly grasp project requirements, identify training gaps, and deploy targeted learning solutions in a timely manner.
Your day will be dynamic and varied. You might start by collaborating with an Operations team to understand the requirements of a new AI training project. Next, you'll analyze learner data to identify areas where training can be improved. You'll then develop and deploy new training modules, playbooks, and assessments, often within a 24-48 hour timeframe. You'll also spend time training Operators on instructional design principles and feedback techniques. Finally, you'll track learner performance and iterate on your training materials to ensure they are effective.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
